Social Initiative
Social Initiative, a Swedish non-profit, was founded in 2002 by Pernilla Bard and Caroline Cederlöf. Social Initiative creates strategic partnerships between companies, individuals and social projects around the world. Social Initiative supports 17 projects run by local social entrepreneurs in five countries, including India. Their donations support all of Pratham Delhi’s programmes covering 42 Bastis (slum pockets) in North Shahdara. Social Initiative has supported Pratham Delhi since 2006.
