Save the Children Report
Save the Children, founded in 1919, is the world's leading independent organisation for children. It fights for children's rights and delivers immediate and lasting improvement to children's lives worldwide. Save the Children, Bal Raksha, Bharat is an independent member of the International Save the Children Alliance. Besides responding to emergencies, the organisation works in 12 states and union territories in India on five core issues: quality inclusive education, child survival, child protection and child centred disaster risk reduction. Their support extends to PDEI's collaboration with ICDS in North Shahdara.
